Lone Wolf Productions came up to Whistler for Crankworx and was doing some filming of the ever popular Brendan Fairclough. Arguably one of the most stylish riders on the planet, Fairclough was out doing his big whip air tricks on A-Line and on the much ballyhoed Crapple Apple hits that got hit with a tractor boost this season transforming them into monster tables where the impromptu "Whip World Championships" broke out several days later.
Footage of Fairclough's whips are not unique, but they never get old. The little mixes of slow mo during the whips are cool for seeing how smooth he is and the helmet cam footage shows just how fast he is when hitting the big crapple apple hits. It also gives a great sense of hang time on those big booters.
